LIMITED WARRANTY Northshore Micro, L.L.C. warrants that the new hardware it sells will remain in good working order free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of purchase then the manufacturer’s warranty beyond that point. The purchase of a newly constructed computer system will have a parts warranty period of ONE year from the date of delivery and ONE year warranty on labor unless otherwise stated. Some specific items are warranted by the manufacturer only. Northshore Micro, L.L.C. will cover all new video monitors, scanners and ups units for 30 days from date of purchase, and then the manufacturer’s warranty will take over, whether purchased with a new computer or sold separately. Printers and Scanners will be covered by manufacturer’s warranty only. Northshore Micro, L.L.C. will during the warranty period, repair or replace any product at its own discretion. All repaired parts retained by Northshore Micro, L.L.C. become the property of Northshore Micro, L.L.C.. All replacement parts are warranted for 30 days or for the remainder of the original warranty, whichever is longer. This warranty is offered only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Exceptions:
This warranty is voidable by Northshore Micro, L.L.C. if the following damage occurs: The hardware is damaged as a result of accident, misuse, abuse, misapplication, unauthorized maintenance, modification, attachments or alterations, acts of God, use of equipment for purposes not otherwise intended for the hardware.

Exclusion of Liability:
Northshore Micro, L.L.C. does not accept liabilities beyond the remedies set forth in this limited warranty statement. In no event will Northshore Micro, L.L.C. be liable for any damages incurred by any person, even if Northshore Micro, L.L.C. has been notified of the possibility of such damages or claims. Such damages include, but are not limited to, economic loss (including loss of profits, loss of revenue, cost of capital, cost of replacement or substitute equipment or services, or customer or customer's agent's time), physical injury or other damages which are indirect, incidental, special, or consequential.

Northshore Micro, L.L.C. MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES BEYOND THOSE STATED HERE. ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY PERIOD.

SOFTWARE IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY. CHECK WITH THE SOFTWARE MANUFACTURER FOR THEIR WARRANTY AND SUPPORT POLICIES.

RETURN POLICY:
All merchandise returned for any reason must be accompanied by the customer's original receipt of purchase and in the original packaging with all documentation, diskettes, cables, or any other original packaging in resalable condition, NO EXCEPTIONS. No refunds issued for any custom built or special order merchandise. Exchange of merchandise will be the only remedy for defective special order, custom built or software merchandise. Non-Defective opened software will not be accepted for refund or return. All returned merchandise may be tested prior to issuance of a refund or exchange.
