• Northshore Micro, located in Slidell , LA is owned and operated by two highly trained technical support agents.

Northshore Micro is operated by Paul Brown and his partner Thorn Musser out of our office in Slidell , LA. They have both been heavily involved in the IT industry since 1988.

Paul and Thorn both have over 25 years of experience with PC repair, upgrades, building systems, networking, server implementations and maintenance both as civilians, military members and as contractors.

After years of public service we decided we could offer more to the public and started Northshore Micro. Northshore Micro officially opened on January 1 st , 2006. Since then the company has serviced over 500 residential customers and worked with over 50 businesses to support their computer systems, networks, remote backups and servers.

Northshore Micro found its niche in the home service market by offering same or next day computer repair at an affordable rate. By the same means Northshore Micro has devised a unique way to help small businesses. Northshore Micro offers “Big Company” IT services to small companies for a fraction of the cost.

Northshore Micro only employs highly qualified technical support staff.
